Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-In Time: Between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

- Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM.

- Keys must be left in the door upon departure.

Cancellations

- All amounts paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Refunds may be considered only under extreme circumstances at the discretion of Rentals Short Term.

- The following reasons are not valid for refunds:

- Change of travel plans.

- Alternate accommodation found.

- Care responsibilities for non-traveling relatives.

- Unsuitability of property location.

Tip: Research the property carefully before booking.

Booking Payments

- All bookings must be fully paid prior to check-in.

- Early departures will not be refunded.

- Direct deposits or EFT payments must include your YBI reference number to avoid delays.

- Deposits are non-transferable.

Extensions

- Booking extensions must be fully paid at the time of request.

- Extensions are subject to availability.

Keys and Remote Controls

- Keys and remotes are provided upon full payment and submission of required documents (Photo ID and Credit Card Authorization).

- Replacement costs for lost or missing keys/remotes will be charged.

- After-hours lockout assistance incurs a 50€ fee; locksmith costs, if needed, are payable by the guest.

Occupancy Rules

- The property is for private/residential use only.

- The number of guests must not exceed the booking confirmation.

- Parties or functions are strictly prohibited.

- Violations will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

Cleaning

- The property will be professionally cleaned after check-out (included in the booking fee).

- Excess cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an unreasonable state.

Parking

- Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas.

Linen

- Standard linen packages include sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels. Additional packages are available for hire.

Noise and Nuisance

- Excessive noise or disturbance to neighbors will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

- Guests are liable for damages caused by such behavior.

Pets

- Pets are not permitted unless the property is specifically listed as pet-friendly.

- Unauthorized pets will incur a 250€ fee and termination of the booking.

Damage

- Guests are responsible for all damages or breakages during their stay.

- Costs will be charged to the guest's credit card or security deposit.

Smoking

- Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A fee of 150€ will apply for cleaning if evidence of smoking is found.

Repairs

- Guests must allow access for necessary repairs or maintenance during their stay.

Personal Property

- We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind. Ensure you lock doors when not at the property.
